Core Competencies for Managers
“The seminar "Key Competencies for Managers" is aimed at students expecting to further sharpen their management skills and successfully complete their studies in business administration. The course provides their first contact with the necessary technics to efficiently approach the science of management. In order to achieve that, it applies an innovative approach to cutting-edge business education. Also, this seminar consists of five parts that are structured along two main axes, namely: Managing the life cycle of a team project, mastering core competencies in a multicultural environment, multicultural communication, multicultural teamwork, conflict management, and decision-making / learning processes."

Seminar information
Classroom classes: Monday 05th (07:30 a.m – 01:30 p.m.) Tuesday 06th to Friday 09th (07:30 a.m – 10:30 a.m.)
Virtual classes: Tuesday 13th, 20th, 27th of August and Tuesday 3rd,10th; Thursday 12th and Saturday 14th of September.
Place for classroom classes: (to be confirmed)
Virtual classes will take place in the virtual campus of Universidad del Pacífico
Prerequisites:(50) créditos académicos aprobados.
*Seminar aimed to Business Administration students enrolled or interested in the Double Degree Program with HEC Montréal and who are willing to take classes both face-to-face and virtual, as detailed in the schedule.
