With the advent of the e-commerce and m-commerce, the supply chain has been radically transformed. To compete in our digital world, all firms and their supply chains must transform themselves and keep doing so as fashions change, customers change, competitors launch new products or distribution channels. This seminar aims at providing the students with the concepts and tools to be able to interpret the events and evolutions which impact both the firms in which they work as well as the service and product opportunities that they are offered as consumers. The course alternates between some theoretical content and case studies in which students are challenged to provide innovative solutions.
