During his lecture, Lucas emphasized the role of the human capital in growth.
“People learn at work, taking from its coworkers the skills that are useful to solve problems or accomplish new tasks. When this is internalized productivity is elevated”, said Lucas.
Lucas also highlighted the importance of spreading knowledge as a key condition to support growth.
