What are the challenges and opportunities of leadership in Latin America?

During the event organized by our university and the International Leadership Association (ILA), researchers, scholars, and entrepreneurs met to debate about Latin American leadership issues as perceived from different angles, such as gender, business, and student groups.

When the goal is to aspire to be “the best company in the world”.

The First International Congress Transforming the World: The Power of the new Business Models brought together national and international promoters of the new business models that contribute to sustainable, inclusive and human development. The Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, the Center for Responsible Management and the Center for Leadership of Universidad del Pacífico organized this important international event.

Moral imagination workshop

The Moral Imagination Workshop was held on August 15 and 16 and aimed to:

-Understand the facets that make up our ability to develop moral imagination.

-Understand what competences university trainers must acquire for teaching complex ethics in three dimensions (personal, social and planetary).

-Develop moral imagination by participating in group activities.
