SERGEY UDOLKIN
DEAN OF THE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS SCIENCES
Dean of the School of Business Sciences, principal professor of the Academic Department of Accounting and researcher at the Research Center of Universidad del Pacífico. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas at Austin (United States), a Bachelor's Degree and Licentiate in Accounting from Universidad del Pacífico. He has developed various research, consultancies and trainings in the private and public sectors. He has extensive experience as an undergraduate and graduate teacher in charge of courses in Cost Accounting and Administrative Accounting. He has served as Dean of the School of Administration and Accounting, Director and President of the Steering Committee of the Center for Business Management Consulting, Head of the Academic Department of Administration and Accounting, and General Accountant of Universidad del Pacífico. He is currently a member of the University Assembly. Additionally, he was responsible for the Technology for Education Project at Universidad del Pacífico and representative before the Tuning Latin America Project.
CARLA PENNANO
VICE DEAN OF MARKETING
Vice Dean of Marketing at the School of Business Sciences. She is a professor in the Academic Department of Marketing and International Business and a researcher at the Universidad del Pacífico Research Center. She has a degree in management from Universidad del Pacífico and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Strategy from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto (Canada). She is a consultant specialized in marketing, innovation and strategy issues, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies at ESAN University. She has served as a professor at the undergraduate and graduate level in charge of courses in Consumer Behavior, International Marketing, International Business, Innovation Management, among others. She also currently does research on emerging markets. She has more than ten years of experience in the areas of marketing and strategy and more than six years dealing with innovation consulting topics. She has served as a consultant for Designworks, an innovation and design thinking consulting boutique, and working for Accenture Canada overseeing marketing consulting projects for clients in the retail, finance and healthcare businesses. She has been a marketing manager for McMillan Canada, managing the Toronto office for over three years and commercial manager for APOYO Innovación Organizacional in Peru. She has worked as a consultant for various national and transnational companies in strategic marketing and innovation projects
