JUAN FRANCISCO CASTRO
DEAN OF THE SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS AND FINANCE
Associate Professor in the Academic Department of Economics and researcher at the Research Center (CIUP). He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a D.Phil. (Ph.D.) in International Development from the University of Oxford (England).

JOSÉ LUIS BONIFAZ
CHAIR DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMICS
Director of the Master program in Regulation of Public Services and Infrastructure Management at Universidad del Pacífico. He graduated as a civil engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds a Master of Arts from Georgetown University.
