In the Universidad del Pacífico, we believe that strengthening a modernized
public management that promotes the catalytic and promoter role of the State,
and inspired by the achievement of objectives and results, strongly contributes
to the democratic governance and welfare of our society.
The Fundación José Ortega y Gasset-Gregorio Marañón, including
the Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset, is a private
institution dedicated to the culture diffusion, criticism and science,
particularly in the field of Social Sciences, Humanities, and Medicine. It aims
to carry out research activities, post graduate university education, seminars,
conferences, as well as technical assistance to public and private bodies and
multilateral organizations.
Through the Specific Cooperation Agreement between the Fundación José
Ortega y Gasset-Gregorio Marañón and the Universidad del
Pacífico, both institutions are committed to providing a comprehensive
training through the double certification
program in “Master’s in Public Management" of the Universidad del
Pacífico and “Master’s in Senior Public Management - Own Title IUIOG”.
The double certification program includes a curricular structure composed of
academic cycles that include components of basic, educational and specialized
training; also, the development of professional skills and phases aimed at the
development and sustenance of the research work.
The Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset will issue the
title of Master’s in Senior Public Management to those students who have
successfully passed all the subjects
of the Master in Public Management of the Universidad del Pacífico, as well
as the
blended learning, online or face-to- face courses given by the IUIOG.
