GERMAN ALARCO

University Ombudsman, full-time professor and researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Graduate School and member of the Macroeconomics area at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center (CIUP). He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas, A.C. (CIDE) in Mexico and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.

EDGAR  ALVA

EDGAR ALVA

CIUP (Universidad del Pacífico Research Center) researcher, Main professor and Head of the Academic Department of Accounting at Universidad del Pacífico. He holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad de Deusto, in San Sebastian (Spain), a licentiate’s degree in Accounting from Universidad del Pacífico, and is an expert in Taxation from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

MANUEL  BARRON

MANUEL BARRON

A researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center and full-time associate professor at Universidad del Pacífico Academic Department of Economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics and Natural Resources from the University of California, Berkeley (United States), a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Oxford University (the United Kingdom) and an Economics Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

ARLETTE  BELTRAN

ARLETTE BELTRAN

Dr. Beltran is Academic Vice President of the Universidad del Pacífico, Full Professor in the Academic Department of Economics, and Member of the Research Center at the Universidad del Pacífico. She holds a Doctorate in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a Master of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University and a Licentiate in Economics from the Universidad del Pacífico. Previously, she was Dean and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Finance, and Head of the Academic Department of Economics at the Universidad del Pacífico.

MATTHEW  BIRD

MATTHEW BIRD

Professor at the Graduate School and researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Yale University and a PhD in Human Development from the University of Chicago focusing on cultural influences in economic decisions and organizational behavior.

JOSE LUIS BONIFAZ

JOSE LUIS BONIFAZ

Director of the Master program in Regulation of Public Services and Infrastructure Management at Universidad del Pacífico. He graduated as a civil engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds a Master of Arts from Georgetown University.
