Elective Abroad

Elective Abroad

​UP professors and students travel abroad to participate in a course offered by a prestigious University and visit places of interest where they can put into practice what they have learned in class. In the summer of 2020, the Academic Department of Law offered the elective course Innovation and Law. This course offers a vision of the challenges that the development of new technologies brings to Law. The use of new platforms to contract, share and store information is generalized faster than our legal system manages to understand its risks and generate solutions to possible problems. The students took classes at Universidad del Pacifico and Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires and had the opportunity to visit innovation companies such as Google and Mercado Libre.
