SERGEY UDOLKIN
DEAN OF THE FACULTY OF BUSINESS SCIENCES
Dean of the Schooll of Business Sciences, Principal Professor of the Academic Department of Accounting and Researcher at the Research Center of Universidad del Pacífico. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas at Austin (United States), a bachelor's degree and a licentiate in Accounting from Universidad del Pacífico. He has developed various research, consultancies and training in the private and public sectors. He has extensive experience as an undergraduate and graduate teacher in charge of courses in Cost Accounting and Administrative Accounting. He has served as Dean of the School of Administration and Accounting, Director and President of the Steering Committee of the Center for Business Management Consulting, Head of the Academic Department of Administration and Accounting, and General Accountant of Universidad del Pacífico. He is currently a member of the University Assembly. Also, he was responsible for the Technology for Education Project at Universidad del Pacífico and representative before the Tuning Latin America Project.
OSCAR MALCA
VICE-DEAN OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
Principal Professor of the Academic Department of Marketing and International Business, he is also Vice-Dean of the International Business career at Universidad del Pacífico and Researcher at the Research Center of the same University. He has a doctorate in Economics and Business Management from University of Deusto (Spain) and is an economist from the San Martín de Porres University. He has specialized studies in International Trade from ALACCI, the International Trade Center of UNCTAD and GATT, and was a fellow of the Training Program of the Fonds Leon Bekaert of Belgium. He is an lecturer and visiting professor at various universities in Latin America, a member of the Scientific Association of Business Economics and Management (ACEDE), a representative of Universidad del Pacífico before The Academy of International Business (AIB) and a member of the European International Business Academy (EIBA). He has been a member of the International Treaties Commission of the Lima Chamber of Commerce. He has developed various specialized projects in agro-export and various market studies for Peruvian and foreign companies. He has been manager in engineering companies, agro-exporters and the mechanical metal sector. He has served as general manager of ALPHA, academic director of the Association of Exporters of Peru and of the Latin American Association for International Trade Training. He has participated in various trade fairs and missions in different countries in Europe, the United States and Latin America. He is a consultant for institutions such as the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, UNCTAD International Trade Center, Geneva World Trade Organization, World Resources Institute of New York, Save the Children, and the Andean Development Corporation. In Peru, he is a consultant for the Ministry of Agriculture, PROMPERU, MINCETUR, Ministry of Foreign Relations of Peru, ALAC of Cajamarca, of the INCAGRO - B project.
