Professor-researcher in the Academic Department of Social and Political Sciences, and director of Learning and Quality Assurance Management at Universidad del Pacífico. He is Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and Master of Arts, Social and Political Thought, both degrees obtained at the University of Sussex (United Kingdom). He also holds a bachelor's degree and a degree in Sociology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

LIUBA KOGAN

Main professor and researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center. She holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a Master's degree in Communication Strategies from Universidad de Lima and a degree in Sociology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

OMAR MANKY

Professor in the Department of Social and Political Sciences at Universidad del Pacífico and CIUP researcher. He holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Labor Relations from Cornell University (USA) and a bachelor's degree and a licenciatura (professional license) in Sociology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

PAULA MUÑOZ

Professor at the Academic Department of Social and Political Sciences at Universidad del Pacífico and researcher at Universidad del Pacífico Research Center. Ph.D. and MA. in Political Science (Government) from the University of Texas in Austin (United States), and Bachelor of Social Sciences with a major in Sociology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

LEDA PEREZ

Associate professor of the Academic Department of Social and Political Sciences at the Universidad del Pacífico and member of the Research Center of the same institution. She holds a Ph.D in International Studies with specializations in comparative development and Latin American studies from the University of Miami (United States), and has been a Salzburg Seminar Fellow in Austria in the Social and Economic Determinants of the Public´s Health.

FELIPE PORTOCARRERO

Dr. Portocarrero is Full Professor in the Academic Department of Social and Political Sciences and Member of the Research Center at the Universidad del Pacífico. He holds a D. Phil. in Sociology from the University of Oxford, a Magister in Sociology with a Specialization in Population, and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences with a Specialization in Sociology from the Universidad Pontificia Catolica del Perú.

CYNTHIA SANBORN

Director of the Center for China and Asia-Pacific and Full Professor in the Academic Department of Social and Political Sciences at Universidad del Pacífico and researcher at the Research Center (CIUP) and the Center for China and Asia Pacific Studies. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Government from Harvard University, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Chicago.

ALBERTO VERGARA

Professor at Universidad del Pacífico Academic Department of Social and Political Sciences and researcher at CIUP. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Montreal (Canada) with a doctoral fellowship from the Trudeau Foundation, a Master's degree in Political Science from the Free University of Brussels (Belgium) and a bachelor's degree in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
