Main professor in the Academic Department of Management at Universidad del Pacífico, researcher and consultant at the Research Centre (CIUP). She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico and has a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Economics and Business Management from Universidad de Deusto (Spain).

She has published books and articles related to the development of business plans, the profile of entrepreneurs, the venture ecosystem in Peru, and strategies for the start-up and growth of new business initiatives. She is in charge of the Proyecto Empresarial and Desarrollo de Emprendedores (Business Project and Entrepreneurship Development) courses at undergraduate level, and the Planes de Negocio (Business Plans) course in the Master in Marketing Management and Business Management programs in the postgraduate school.

She is member of the Technical Committee of Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Production as well as member of the board of directors and advisory committee of several institutions in the country. She is also coordinator of courses related to the development of entrepreneurial skills and the promotion of an entrepreneurial culture, generator of innovative high impact businesses.
