III World Congress of Education in Engineering of IEEE - EDUNINE2019 (III IEEE World Engineering Education Conference) is a unique and innovative international congress that favors the exchange of knowledge, experiences and is a meeting point for academics, professionals, researchers and students of the Education in Engineering, Computing and related topics from Latin America and the rest of the world. The theme of this edition of the congress is "Modern Educational Paradigms for Engineering and Computing Careers" whose main objective is to provide innovative answers to the challenges that Engineering and Computer Education currently poses in order to contribute to the improvement of educational quality. The language of the papers for publication in the IEEE Xplore® digital library of IEEE is English for further international dissemination.
