Associate professor at Universidad del Pacífico Academic Department of Management and researcher in its Research Center. Master’s Degree in International support and development from Instituto Complutense de Estudios Internacionales de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Licentiate Title in Management at Universidad del Pacífico.
She has also done the GRI G4 certified training course to elaborate sustainability reports and has participated in the Global Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning and in the Case Writing Workshop of Harvard Business School (United States).
Her research and educational work is focused on topics related to social responsibility, corporate sustainability, inclusive business, and social entrepreneurship. She has produced publications and has earned international and local recognition. Among them, being fellow in the Alban Program of the European Union in 2003 and 2004, and in the Ortega and Gasset Foundation in Spain in 2005.
Professor Prialé has more than five years of international experience managing social projects related to diversity management in businesses. In Spain, she handled projects and programs throughout the country that were financed by European, national, autonomic and local sources. In Peru, she has led consultancy projects, on topics related to her specialty, to private and public organizations such as PRONAMACHS, Save the Children or UNACEM.
